2. How the Platform Works

   housing, warehouses, healthcare, storage, and retail properties.
   ● Buying an interest in a property asset gives you a right to proportional returns generated
   by that asset. It does not grant direct land titles or personal property management rights.
   ● All property information, asset performance data, and fees are displayed on your
   dashboard.
3. Fees & Payouts
   ● All platform fees and asset management costs are disclosed upfront before you invest.
   ● Payouts are distributed to your account based on property rent and operational revenue.
   ● Payout amounts depend on actual property earnings and are not fixed or guaranteed.
4. User Rules & Account Conduct
   ● You agree not to use Grest Ventures for any unlawful activities, fraud, or money
   laundering.
   ● We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate security rules, provide
   false information, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Updates to Terms
   ● We may update these terms as our platform or regulations change. We will notify you of
   major updates via email or dashboard alert.
